AI Engineer
Take AI work from a business problem to something running in production with measured accuracy.
What you will do
- Build document intelligence, forecasting and LLM systems
- Design evaluation sets and monitor for drift
- Integrate models into production applications
- Be honest with clients about what AI will and will not fix
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in ML, data science or applied AI
- Strong Python; experience with LLM APIs and RAG pipelines
- Has shipped a model to production and maintained it
- Can explain model limitations to a non-technical audience
