AI Engineer

Take AI work from a business problem to something running in production with measured accuracy.

What you will do

  • Build document intelligence, forecasting and LLM systems
  • Design evaluation sets and monitor for drift
  • Integrate models into production applications
  • Be honest with clients about what AI will and will not fix

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years in ML, data science or applied AI
  • Strong Python; experience with LLM APIs and RAG pipelines
  • Has shipped a model to production and maintained it
  • Can explain model limitations to a non-technical audience
