We hire slowly and expect people to stay

We are around fifty people in Islamabad and working remotely across four countries. We hire slowly, pay above local market, and expect people to stay — average tenure here is over four years.

How we work

What it is actually like here

Written plainly, because everyone claims a great culture and the specifics are what distinguish one.

Seniority is not a title

The person who scopes the work builds it. No pyramid staffing, no juniors learning on a client's budget without support.

Real working hours

Crunch is a planning failure, not a badge. If a project needs weekends, we re-plan it — we do not quietly expect them.

You will be trusted early

New engineers ship to production in their first fortnight, with review. Waiting six months to touch anything real teaches nobody anything.

Learning is on the clock

One paid day a month for learning, a conference budget, and certifications paid for. On work time, not yours.
