Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what a page actually needs to work:

  • Enquiry forms: your name, email, and optionally phone, company, budget and timeline — plus whatever you write in the message.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, links you provide, your covering note and your CV.
  • Newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed from.
  • Client accounts: your name, username, email and the content you create in the builder.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser user agent, recorded with form submissions to prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to assess your application, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to operate any account you hold with us. Where we rely on consent — the newsletter — you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: 24 months from last contact.
  • Job applications and CVs: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Client accounts: for the life of the account, then 30 days.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, and reviewed quarterly. CVs are stored on private storage and are never served from a public URL — they are reachable only through a signed, staff-only link. Backups are encrypted and tested twice a year.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@softcitysolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never affect how we treat you.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so forms and logins work, and stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Neither is used for tracking, and no third-party advertising cookies are set.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and, where we hold your email, tell you directly.
