1 The problem

Atlas ran 2,300 vehicles with paper delivery notes and phone calls. Nobody could say where a shipment was without ringing the driver, proof of delivery arrived days later on paper, and route planning was done from memory by two dispatchers.

2 Our approach

The hard constraint was connectivity: drivers spend their day in basements, industrial estates and rural roads. So the app is offline-first by design — everything is captured locally, queued, and synced when a connection appears, with signatures and photographs compressed for slow uplinks. Route optimisation runs server-side overnight and adjusts live for traffic.
